Wearing Luca Michele for Milan Fashion Week 2015!
This season, for the very first time, I had travelled to Milan to attend Milan Fashion Week, and it was an absolute dream! From the moment I had started receiving invitations, to my plane ride at 5:40am, to arriving in the city amidst a crazy rainstorm, and to heading to my first show that morning – it all seemed so surreal. I was in Milan for Fashion Week! But I will tell you more about the shows and my trip later…
Italian fashion has always inspired me, there is just something about it being the perfect combination of feminine, empowering and timeless – styles that last forever I would say. So it was only obvious, that while in Milan I would wear an Italian label: Luca Michele.
Luca Michele was founded only a few years ago by brothers Luca and Michele, originally Italian although now London based. Luca Michele is all about the powerful woman who is daring yet fashion-forward, sophisticated yet modern, and unique with her own style! To me, Luca Michele is the perfect fusion of feminine Italian fashion and the boldness of London’s.
For Day 1 of Milan Fashion Week I wore a total look from Luca Michele’s AW15 collection. You can never be too sure about weather in Europe during September, so this luxurious coat was perfect to throw on in the early morning. But let’s talk about the dress! It is so chic, sporty and fun all at the same time – and it truly made my look feel effortless! I fell in love with the combination of colors and how the bold pop of red made the design all the more vibrant and flirty!
