Transitioning Your Summer Wardrobe Into the Fall

With the beginning of August, the summer collections going on the sale racks and the new A/W pieces taking their places in stores, it’s time to start thinking about transitional dressing. Depending on which city you’re in the summer weather may still be in full swing (as it is in Miami where I currently am!), but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t look ahead into transitional outfits you can wear on those cooler days!

For this time of the year I like to invest in pieces that I can wear during the Summer, but also easily transition into the fall. I like my outfits to be versatile yet also timeless, with a few trend-led items that nicely add to the overall look. If your Summer wardrobe consists of lots of off-the-shoulder tops (I guess we are all guilty on that one..), don’t hide them away once the cooler days come, but rather you can style them differently by pairing the tops with jeans and a leather jacket! There are so many ways you can transition your current closet into the upcoming season!
