Bibi Goes Chic was launched in 2014 as a spontaneous gateway into Bibi’s life: the first step towards her ambitious career-plan in the fashion industry. Being half-French, quarter-American, and quarter-Italian, Bibi had moved from Paris to London in order to pursue her university studies in Fashion Marketing at the world-known London College of Fashion.
The unique vision of Bibi Goes Chic is brought about by her multi-nationality and love for travel, which has influenced her personal style. Bibi has taken inspiration from the cities she calls home: Paris for it’s chic and modern signature fashion, Miami to add a little fun and flair, and by living in London she has developed an edgier and fearless sense of style, whilst still holding her touch of glamour and femininity.
Having initiated and taken part in collaborations with well-established brands such as ASOS, Kurt Geiger, Monica Vinader, Alfredo Villalba and G-Shock to name a few, as well as having attended Fashion Weeks and Press Days across Europe, Bibi Goes Chic soon came to be an Internationally recognized blog with an overall reach of +80K unique monthly visitors on both site and across social media platforms.
Through her knowledge in marketing learnt in her degree, Bibi has been able to understand the growing importance of the digital industry within fashion, and has been able to develop a business and social media strategy in order to build a deeper communication with her readers.
As an expansion of her fashion blog, in August 2014 Bibi launched her own digital fashion magazine, aimed at showcasing up and coming brands and key trends for the next season through the combination of fashion editorials, brand features, beauty and health tips, and industry interviews. Written from the perspective of a fashion blogger, her goal was to create a digital magazine that was easy to relate to.
