NEW YEARS | Partywear with Rare London

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you beautiful people! Here we are, that time of year has once again come quicker than ever and we are now looking back on what 2015 has been while celebrating with joy the new year we will soon embrace…

This post was supposed to come right on time for New Year’s, while sipping a glass of champagne and counting down the seconds till 2016 along with those closest to me.. However I had been experiencing some minor problems with my blog and it was down for a few days. I apologize to any of you who had tried to visit it during that time, and so instead of this post coming for New Year’s, it will be my very first outfit of 2016!

To give you a little recap of 2015.. What I can say is that it had been a truly incredible year that without a doubt had far exceeded all of my expectations! Last year, at the end of 2014, I sat down quietly and reflected on my life and how that year had been so full of joy simply because of a little blog I had created on the internet. I was amazed how much it had grown already and how it could have meant so much to me, that I could no longer imagine what my life would have been without it. It is now one year later, nearly two years since it’s creation, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the opportunities, smiles and wonderful times it has brought into my life!

2015 has truly been a magical year, from creating a beautiful new redesign of my blog to collaborating on exciting projects with some of my favorite brands, from attending Fashion Month across Europe in London, Milan and Berlin, to attending press days and big events, and from traveling across the world from Venice to Thailand, to finally ending the year with now more than 30,000 followers on Instagram! This year has seriously been breathtaking!

So as my very first outfit post of 2016, I wanted to share with you my New Year’s party-wear (because can’t we wear beautiful dresses all year round anyway?). I have always been a girl who loves feminine dresses but still with that touch of glam, and this stunning Rare London dress with lace detail and fringe couldn’t have been more perfect for the celebration! Paired with my new and beloved Valentino rockstud gloves and Mini Pouch, it adds a little Parisian flair and sophistication that truly makes the look complete!

Thank you to all of you for reading, for your amazing comments and for being a part of my 2015, I couldn’t have had all of these achievements without you! Now bring on 2016 – may this year be even better, with bigger surprises and lots to look forward to! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!
