Kinda chic, kinda fun, kinda sexy.. The outfit I wore to the shows on the second day of London Fashion Week couldn’t scream me any more than it did. Fashion Month is the time to experiment with your style, step out of your comfort zone and really show your personality to the crowd!
For the day, I picked out an entire look from a new British brand I’m currently really loving (they have so many super chic pieces!), called Aeterna Style. I went for an entire neutrals look in off-white and light grey to focus more on playing with textures. Texturing and layering in fashion brings about this notion of art, it’s quite a fun concept and makes an outfit more interesting! So with that there was no question in mind that the piece for me would be this absolutely stunning loose-fitted Dollie Coat with luxurious textured fringing.
To go with the coat, it layers perfectly over a white pussy-bow silk blouse, just enough so you can see the beautiful big bow! At first thought I would have went for tight jeans or a cute high-waisted skirt as wearing suit pants is newer to me. I decided nonetheless to try out a pair of classically tailored grey suit pants for a smarter and chic look, worn with my studded grey Moda in Pelle boots – and I loved the final outfit!
To go with the look and not take away from all the detail in the outfit, I’ve opted for a sleek high-ponytail done beautifully for me by Mark Hill Hair at The Apartment! Every little touch in a Fashion Week look is so important, so I also went for press-on nails (for the very first time!) in a subtle white and neutral check pattern, along with wearing my new rose gold and blue crystal Caravelle watch to match!
