ELEGANCE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Here we are, the second photoshoot in the famous Hamptons. The scenery was simply magical yet secluded at the same time, as the hotel was in a small town in the country not far from the bay. I thought, what better place for this contradicting look?

As I had mentioned in my previous post, none of the clothes that I had brought suited the location, so I decided to have a little fun and play the girl in an elegant Helmut Lang dress surrounded by small wooden cottages. To be honest with you, I felt like I was in a movie while shooting these photos! It was incredibly amusing to explore around and discover little corners. My favorite one has got to be the wooden cabin with the blue couch, I didn’t even feel like leaving it afterwards!

As you can tell, I really wanted my outfit to be the exact opposite of the location I was shooting it. I feel like this gives the photos more mystery and makes them intriguingly beautiful in a different way (the artist in me is speaking..). So I wore a gorgeous black tie Helmut Lang dress with matching heels and classy jewelry. To add a bit of relaxation to the look, I grabbed my transparent BCBG Max Azria bag and my really cool sunnies. What do you think of this contraction?
