CASUAL MARBELLA DAYS

In Spain everything was simply amazing – from the bright sun, to the glistening waves, delicious food and authentic town shops; but it was also amazing to relax for a little while and take in the beauty of Marbella.

For a day (or a couple of hours) relaxing by the pool and near the bright pink blossoming flowers, I decided that a jumpsuit was most appropriate. This jumpsuit by Mango is perfect for relaxing and for exploring. Its vibrant African-print pattern makes it dynamic and exotic at the same time – absolutely perfect for hanging out in beautiful Marbella. I also love the texture of this jumpsuit; it’s soft, comfortable and the material is so light that you won’t be overwhelmed by the heat.

One of the things I love about jumpsuits is how perfect they fit the body. The baggy bottoms are a great mix of casual, comfortable and trendy (especially if they have such a dynamic pattern on them!). As the jumpsuit already has a lot of detail on it, I decided to wear minimal jewelry and to accessorize with just the necessary items. Since the jumpsuit is low cut, a long necklace is key – and my Stella & Dot shark tooth necklace suits it perfectly! The day was meant to be casual and relaxing, so I brought along my big beige beach bag! I simply love it because of the cuts all around. It gives a very ‘beachy’ feel to it. I also wore simple bracelets that matched the jumpsuit (reds, golds, blacks, and oranges). And finally, one of my must-have summer accessories: a sunhat! This one by BCBG Max Azria is absolutely beautiful! You’ll be seeing more of it this summer for sure!

En Espagne, tout était simplement incroyable – le soleil, les vagues scintillantes, la nourriture délicieuse et les boutiques de ville authentiques; mais c’était aussi super pour juste se détendre un peu et profiter de la beauté de Marbella.

Pour une journée (où quelques heures) en détente à la piscine et à proximité des belles fleurs, j’ai décidé que la tenue la plus appropriée est une salopette. Cette salopette de Mango est parfaite pour se détendre et pour explorer la ville. Il a un look dynamique et exotique au même temps grâce au style ‘Africaine’. Ce que j’adore est la texture de cette salopette; elle est douce, confortable et la matière est si très légère que vous ne la sentez même pas!

Une des choses que j’aime à propos des salopettes c’est la confort agréable parce qu’elles sont faites parfaitement pour le corps! En plus elles sont décontractées et à la mode. Comme la salopette a déjà beaucoup de détails, j’ai décidé de porter des bijoux minimal et accessoiriser avec seulement les éléments nécessaires: un long collier de dent de requin convient parfaitement, mon grand sac de plage beige, et des bracelets simples Stella & Dot (en rouge, or, noire et orange). Et enfin, un de mes accessoires d’été préféré: un chapeau de plage! Celui-ci de BCBG Max Azria est absolument magnifique!
