I have recently begun to have an interest in fitness. Keeping fit through the right nutrition and workouts are what will prolong your body looking good in years to come, and that’s why I realized how important health and fitness truly is.
Last week I had the amazing opportunity to train with celebrity coach Russell Bateman from the Skinny Bitch Collective (he trains stars Suki Waterhouse and Millie Mackintosh!) along with a select group of bloggers, courtesy of Swimwear365 to get us #BikiniReady for the summer! Nothing beats a good morning workout session, and this was by far the most intense one I’ve ever done!
Having started my fitness regime months ago, I work out a few times a week and focus on weight and body training exercises. The workout class with Russell consisted of both body weight and cardio – and the two together is what made it so challenging! We had an early 7am start, and within 5 minutes we kicked off a hardcore session – which left me surprisingly energetic and ready to begin my day (and should I mention we got gifted personalized goody bags and a power breakfast at the end?). Truly the best!
All in all the session went really well – as difficult as it was I felt I managed pretty well, and it definitely made me motivated to progress further in my fitness journey! A huge thank you to Swimwear365 for having us, Label PR for hosting this awesome event, and Russell for pushing us to our limits! Are you ready to get #BikiniReady with us?
